Staying Relevant in 2019

I came across some of my notes regarding business practices that I had written a few years ago that I believe are still relevant and pertinent today. I wanted to share one of the notes with you. Connecting and staying connected with your clients is important in todays’ fast moving, quick paced, want results now generation. Today’s Media Consumption is at an all time high and it’s important to keep up with this new generation of consumers. Here are the four elements of staying relevant. (There is more but I’ll share four) 

1. Attraction! Do you have the ability to attract traffic, leads, Customers’ with your current lead generators. Are you initiating customer interest? Is it generating inquiries of your products or services? Have you made changes and adjustments to accommodate today’s tech savvy consumer? Some examples of Lead Generators may be Social Media Content, Gift Card Offers, Website, a special offer or promotion. Don’t shy away from initiating contact and creating interest in what you currently offer. 

2. Interest! Do you have the ability to hold the interest of customers over time. Or are you a one time shopping experience? 

3. Committing! Are you building relationships with customers who are fans of your work? Are you creating advocates of your work? 

4. Tracking! Are you tracking / measuring success and clients responsiveness?
