Let’s begin again

I wanted to share something that I’ve previously spoken about and felt it was appropriate for the season. Spring has finally arrived, a new season is upon us and with it comes the anticipation of much needed time outdoors, vacations and great weather! Winter was probably long for many of us and we are ready for something fresh and new! I don’t know what this season is going to bring but whatever else God has in store for me, I can’t help but be grateful for it! You see, everything we have encountered and will encounter will teach us a lesson, and my hope is that I can learn from it and become a better person, make better decisions, choose better, do things better …

I’ve also learned that I can’t allow the burden of un-forgiveness weigh me down, people have probably turned their backs on you (and boy did I lose some friends this past few years) when you most needed them, let it go! People have spoken bad about you, let it go! You’ve made mistakes you can’t do anything about, let it go. You have family members who say and do things that make you scratch your head and wonder, let it go let it go let it go! I can no longer allow the negativity, the bad experiences, the nay sayers weigh me down. I pray you do the same! It’s a new season, let’s begin again!
