But God

Life comes with good seasons and not so good seasons. Sometimes those bad seasons can really wear us down. There comes a time and a place in our lives when we must recognize that we can no longer do life on our own strength. When we’ve reached a point in the timeline of where we currently are when we say to ourselves, this is not going to work, this is not working out! I need a but God moment in my life. Why is it that if I now have access to the blessings God has in store for me with my name on it, why am I going through these trying times. Why does it seem that these trials are never ending? We must remember that our trying times are opportunities for God to manifest his glory in and thru us so that we can come to a place of surrender in our lives.

If the bible tells me according to Ephesians 3:20 that “Our God is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we ask or think”, what that should translate in our minds is that my way of doing things is probably not going to bring the best results. And if the word tells me that God is able to do exceedingly more than what you & I can, then we should allow God to take control of whatever is troubling us, whatever issues we are currently facing, whatever setbacks, whatever is torturing our minds whatever is hurting us, whatever it is, God is going to do more than you and I could do on our own, more than what you and I can ask for, more than what you and I can think of! More than what anyone else can do for you! More than what your husband or wife can do for you. He can & will always do more.

Understand that God’s unlimited and overabundance of mercy is available to us because He chose to lavish it on us.

Some of us today need to begin to decree and declare our but God moment for our lives. I want us to leave here today with a renewed sense of hope and as you navigate thru the challenges that arise at home, at work, at school, wherever you are, when you become challenged, you can begin to speak the promises of God and begin to say, things are out of my control now, but God; there seems to be no way out of this situation I am currently in, but God I know you’re going to make a way where there is no way. I got weapons that were formed against me, but God. I just received a bad health report, but God! I feel like my world is falling apart, but God! It is time we begin to walk with the authority and favor God has placed over our lives for this now season. We must begin to tap into all the spiritual blessings that God has already released and made available to us thru Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 1:3 NIV ³ Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us in the heavenly realms with every spiritual blessing in Christ.

So, if the word states that He has blessed us, then we must begin to tap into those spiritual resources God has available for us! My prayer and hope for you today is that you can begin to tap into what God has for you in this season!
